MOLEKUR™ Pro Neo is made of special thermoplastic Shape Memory Polymer (SMP) formula combined with unique material structure design. It enables the material to self-repair, thereby continuously delivering sustained and effective force.
Through 3D scanning, compared to initial state, after SME Pro Neo aligner's overall accuracy loss didn't exceed 2.2%, with anterior teeth local accuracy achieving 99.8%.
MOLEKUR™ Pro Neo exhibits outstanding performance against deformation and fatigue. Aligners made of this material are less prone to crazing and breakage during wear or frequent removal. It also offers excellent abrasion resistance and stain resistance.
Compared with other multilayer materials, MOLEKUR™ Pro Neo has a relatively higher modulus, allowing effective torque control and delivery of continuous force. Meanwhile, Pro Neo also offers comfortable wearing experience with moderate hardness.
